Postpartum Core Wellness

LB-1718I work one-on-one and in groups with women to improve core stability, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), prolapse, incontinence, and pelvic floor weakness using mindful breath and yoga-based movement. I work holistically with women to help them reconnect to themselves and feel strong and confident. This method, developed by holistic sexuality pioneer and my mentor, Lara Catone, helps women build core strength and feel empowered and comfortable in their own skin.

Building strength and connecting with our bodies and hearts is an important piece of discovering who we are and how we operate and move in the world, especially after giving birth. Strengthening this connection in a gentle yet focused way is not only possible but is incredible.

My approach is positive and holistic. We focus on self-care, breathwork (the foundation of core work), and invigorating exercise designed specifically to safely reconnect women with their centers and help them build a strong, healthy core for longevity and vibrancy of life.

Our core is not only a source of stability and strength for our physical body, but it also houses our centers of confidence, sexuality, and creativity. Reconnecting with and strengthening our connection to these areas can be profound.
